Anthrax, The Doobie Brothers, My Chemical Romance, and More for DLC!

We have another epic week of varied DLC for you, this time featuring two Rock Band 3 artists, a handful of artists making their Rock Band debut, and a new track from 30 Seconds to Mars.

Anthrax fans were psyched that "Caught in a Mosh" was announced as part of the full Rock Band 3 setlist, and now we're bringing you an Anthrax five-pack to make their Rock Band debut a little early. The songs span the band's career and include two live tracks which will give you a preview of the band's live show before they tour the U.S. this fall. The thrash metal band's Gold-certified album Among the Living brings us "Among the Living" and "Indians." We'll get "I'm the Man" from the EP of the same name. And the two live tracks are "Metal Thrashing Mad (Live)" and "Madhouse (Live)."

Also making their Rock Band debut a little early, The Doobie Brothers' tracks "Listen to the Music" and "Long Train Runnin'" will be available in the Rock Band Music Store before their "China Grove" is available on the Rock Band 3 disc in October. The band's new album, World Gone Crazy, will be in stores the same day the Rock Band tracks are released.

My Chemical Romance makes their Rock Band debut as well with two tracks off two great albums. "I'm Not Okay (I Promise)" comes from the band's second album, Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge, and the classic MCR track "Welcome to the Black Parade" comes from The Black Parade, the band's third album. Also making their Rock Band debut is Atreyu with "Coffin Nails."

Two more tracks from Rock Band veterans 30 Seconds to Mars and Buckcherry are also coming next week. 30 Seconds to Mars' "Closer to the Edge" and Buckcherry's "Out of Line" will be available in the Rock Band Music Store in addition to their previous Rock Band DLC tracks.

These tracks will be available as individual tracks on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Wii, and the Anthrax tracks will be available as Anthrax Pack 01 on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. All tracks are available September 28. Singles are $1.99 on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, and $2.00 on Wii. The pack will be $8.49 on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. "Indians," "Madhouse (Live)," "Metal Thrashing (Live)," "Closer to the Edge," "Listen to the Music," and "Long Train Runnin'" will also be available in the family-friendly LEGO Rock Band Music Store.
