Pop Sensation Miley Cyrus Makes Her Rock Band Debut

Teen pop idol Miley Cyrus is making her Rock Band debut with five songs - three from Breakout, one from Hannah Montana 2/Meet Miley Cyrus, and the title track from the upcoming Can’t Be Tamed! Cyrus first gained our attention as the title character in the Disney Channel sitcom Hannah Montana, now in its fourth and final season. In addition to her on screen persona, she has been cultivating a successful solo career that began with 2008’s Breakout. Her millions of fans young and old will now be able to experience her fun catchy music in a new way through Rock Band.

This five song track pack is available the same day her album Can’t Be Tamed drops. "I'm excited fans will be able to download and play five of my songs in Rock Band,’” said Miley Cyrus. “I love that people can rock out with me and play my new song ‘Can’t Be Tamed’ on the same day my album comes out!” The title track and its accompanying (awesome) video mark the beginning of a more grown up chapter for the pop star, who plans to take a break from music after this album and focus more on her acting career.

In addition to this new track, fans will be able to play along with three tracks from Breakout (“7 Things,” “Fly on the Wall,” and “See You Again”) and one from 2007’s Hannah Montana 2/Meet Miley Cyrus (“Start All Over”). These four family friendly tracks will also be available for download in the LEGO Rock Band Music Store.

These tracks will be available for purchase as “Miley Cyrus Pack 01” as well as individual tracks on Xbox 360, and as individual tracks only on the PlayStation 3 system and Wii. Tracks will be $1.99 on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, and $2.00 on Wii.
