The Rock Band Network was developed upon Microsoft's XNA technology, and all RBN songs have 30-day exclusivity on the Xbox 360. However, select RBN 2.0 songs are submitted to the PS3 by Sony and Harmonix at the rate of 5 songs a week, as determined by factors such as popularity and community interest. @Rickc32: Holy crap! Someone else who actually remembers Sanctuary! I was a huge fan of Into the Mirror Black and Refuge Denied long ago. Both albums occupy a soft (dark?) spot in my heart. I'm shocked (pleasantly) to see Kylesa in Rock Band. Good stuff.

Nevermore are one of the great American metal bands. I have been listening to them since the beginning. Heck, before the beginning, when most of the members were in the nearly-as-awesome Sanctuary in the late 80's. Great to have them in Rock Band!
