Squares or Circles

Is it just me or do the squares on the note chart make recognizing the note pattern when there are numerous notes scrolling a lot more difficult than when trying to read circles.

I think the rectangles/squares are better than the circles. I didn't think so at first, but after playing the game for a few days, I don't like how circles looks anymore. The only difficult part, for me, is on a few of the harder drum songs, I have trouble telling if the notes are lined up (and played together) or ever so slightly off-set, to play in quick succession. But oh well.

I like the squares much better. They look a lot sleeker than the circles coming down the strip and I find it easier to recognize patterns now that I'm used to it than in guitar hero.
