Now I'm necessarily saying the following would all be in the same setlist, as I've got quite a variety, but the as the title of post states, the theme here is all about female lead vocals!
You Oughta Know - Alanis Morissette
I Love the Nightlife - Alicia Bridges
Breathe (2 am) - Anna Nalick
Sk8er Boi - Avril Lavigne
Love Shack - B-52s (okay, while not a total female lead, the guy has a major lisp :)
Trouble - Bonnie McKee
Fighter - Christina Aguilera
Crazy On You - Heart
Celebrity Skin - Hole
Intuition - Jewel
Behind These Hazel Eyes - Kelly Clarkson
Black Cat - Janet Jackson
Spiderwebs - No Doubt
Love is a Battlefield - Pat Benatar
Heartbreaker - Pat Benatar
Hit Me with Your Best Shot - Pat Benatar (okay, so we like a few of her songs :)
U + Ur Hand - Pink
So this isn't an exhaustive list, but it's enough to hopefully give someone an idea on some DLC variety. Oh yeah, I guess I have to mention one more (the kids love the song), so with great hesitation, I'll toss out one last one: "See You Again" - Miley Cyrus. There I've said it. Now I need to go wash my mind out with some Iron Maiden.
Later!

More Yeah Yeah Yeahs and some Metric, Eleven and The Pack A.D. would be fantastic.
I'd love to see a female lead vocalist (but not metal this time) pack like this:
Phenomena - Yeah Yeah Yeahs
Dead Disco/I.O.U./Succexy - Metric
All Falls Away - Eleven
Making Gestures - The Pack A.D.

Valium Knights - Spinnerette OR
Drain the Blood - The Distillers
Anything from either band (Brodie Dalle is the lead for both) would make me a happy camper. :)

I didn't mean to imply that there were not any female leads in the current catalog, just that we'd like to see more. I didn't realize that Celebrity Skin was in RB 1 (RB 2 is our first music game purchase). At some point are the songs from RB 1 going to be available as individual DLC? I don't know if I really want to get RB 1 just to get a handful of songs (then again, maybe, but I'd like the choice).
No Doubt is on its way??? Sweet!!!!
We picked up "Roam" from the B-52s, but I was being picky, I mean come on, how can we not have "Love Shack" :D

Thank you for your approval ;)
I do hope they add Pink. I can do without Avril, that was just a suggestion to throw in the mix, although we would certainly buy some Avril, but if I had an either/or pick between the two, it would Pink.

You Oughta Know - Alanis Morissette
=> This song is in Rock Band 2
Add some Nightwish to that list and you have yourself a deal~
I'd recommend "Nemo" and "Crownless"

Jakalope - Pretty Life.
This would be sweet to play on Rock Band and the lead singer to this song was super hot. Katie B I think her name is.
Walk Like An Egyptian - The Bangles
Zombie - Cranberries
I love Myself Today - Bif Naked
Come On Eileen - Save Ferris
Respect - Aretha Franklin
Soak Up The Sun - Chery Crow
Tennessee Flat Top Box - Roseanne Cash
Dark Lady - Cher
I dislike all of Cher's music except this one really sweet song.

I want to hate Cher, but in reality I like her music :(
