Why can't I find welcome to the jungle, is it not in the game?

It's not in the game. It was never confirmed for the game. The video we saw was never meant for public eyes... it was just a demo to show the press how the game would work.

In all seriousness, it depends if Axl wants to let HMX put it in game IF they ask him. Until then, don't get your hopes up.
