Some songs are just fun, not everything has to be the best at anything, just a decent foot-tapping, body rockin, head banging, or even hum-inducing song means it'd probably be a great addition to an already great "party" game.

Clutch- They've been a cult favorite of metalheads for years. Are they metal? No Are they southern rock? No Are they Rock Band Material? Yes. They might sing about wookies but trust me they know how to rock. Just listen To Pure Rock Fury their most accesable album to date and you'll be begging to get these guys into rock band. They might just have the best rythm section you've never heard of. Oh and their guitarist knows how to rip a mean solo.

BAD BRAINS!!!

I recently went to a electronics retailer and found a new 2007 release from these guys. That is amazing to me b/c they have been a band since 1977. These guys literally invented hardcore.

One of the premises of this game is to show the evolution of music. These guys are one of the most influential bands to date. Period. These guys should be in the game.

Ever heard of Minor Threat or Fugazi? Well neither of these guys would've been around hadn't it been for Bad Brains. Oh yeah and no bad brains... no emo. These guys play the fastest punk you will ever hear. the songs are only around 60 sec. to 2 min. but that's how real punk is supposed to be played!
