I know a lot of people want hardcore metal in the game, but it doesnt really work.
Reason #1: Double Bass. You can't double bass on the drumset and it would be hard to convert the beats if they are heavily double based.
Reason #2: Singing. If your not a trained screamer you can actually hurt your vocal chords by trying to scream the vocals. That and hardly anyone can do it.
This type of metal is more apropriate for guitar hero. I wish they had more metal in guitar hero.
