Repition in WTM

I was just wondering if there was any reason why it seems I keep getting the same songs at every gig I play? Seriously, if I have to play Nirvana or Weezer ever again, I may just hang myself with a guitar string...

once you go through the tour and unlock more songs, itll change em up a bit, but it wont have u play them in WTM unless theyre unlocked first.

Hey man, welcome to real life. When bands play gigs, they play the same songs over and over, maybe switching a few in or out every so often. Why do you think bands only tour for 9 months or so before taking a break? It's from doing the same damn thing and playing the same damn songs night after night. When Metallica goes on tour do you think they play different songs every night? I'd be pissed if I went to see Metallica and they played a set of Styx songs. You are just seeing it from the muscician's point of view now, instead of the fan who only sees the band play once a year. Like real life, the more you play and progress, the more songs you can learn to play. As more DLC becomes available that will futher open up the pool of songs available.

I would like to hear Metallica do a cover or "Mr. Roboto" that would be cool. Other than that this is correct. But when bands start to have a 20+ career, they at least have more songs to play and don't have to play the same songs every night. Maybe just the hits.

You have to play through one of the single player modes first, that opens up everything for you (a little less repition in the WTM).
