Hello, I wanna start off by saying that I am very aware of the overall difficulty of this genre, however it would be a blast to play on drums!

It probably isn't something that alot of people would like, as it's such an extreme genre.
The songpicking might be hard too, grind have quite rough lyrics sometimes, and the songs are sometimes also very short in length (sometimes less than 30 seconds short).
However, I've got some suggestions on bands that I would like to see in the future:

Napalm Death (the creators of the genre according to many)
Agoraphobic Nosebleed (kickass grind)
Carcass
Pig Destroyer
Cephalic Carnage
Sore Throat
Extreme Noise Terror
Origin (might be more death metal, but they are really good!)
Rotten Sound

What's your experiences with grind? please reply.. :)

Yes to all of those, especially Napalm Death.

assuck would be my pick for grind... carcass, repulsion, and nasum would also be nice.

How can you have a grindcore thread and not mention Psyopus!

(On that note I love to listen to grindcore but it would be majorly unfun to play in RB)

While I wouldn't purchase it for myself, I think that some DLC for those who do would be fine.

To each their own!

Yeah it'd be much better than what we've been getting in the last few weeks.

Holy ****, That's the first time I've heard them, that song was one of the most awesome I've discovered since many months!
And yes, I agree that grindcore might not fit well in rockband, but sometimes I feel the need of it, when I'm in the right mood.
