Problem With Rockband Can Anyone Help

I have a problem when i play rockband.
If I am in the middle of a song the volume somtimes goes up on its own or goes down by itself. Since this is a music game and the audio is messed up, I know I got a problem lol.
I am not sure if it is my TV or the game itself, has anyone else have this problem yet, or can anyone tell me how to fix it?

Check if your TV has an option called "AVL", or "Automatic volume levelling" or something to that effect. That would play major havoc with the audio volume, obviously.

It has an option called Auto Volume Sync which it says it syncs the audio with video and has 3 settings (1, 2, 3). Could That Be It?
