Rock Band 1 Songs on Rock Band 2

I downloaded the songs from Rock Band 1 onto my X-box 360, and the only time that they show up is when I'm connected to X-box Live. Is there anyway to play them when not connected to Live?

It was on my console that the first export was made, but it was a used Rock Band game.

if you have the latest update -> go to options -> export songs make sure that you buy the export license in the psn store first

to the OP: are you using a different gamertag. people are finding problems in this

So is it true that if someone else has downloaded the songs off of a Rock Band 1 disk, you have to be hooked up to X-box Live for them to work?

Is there any way to fix this problem?
