hey guys,
i'm an expert drummer looking to start up/join an expert band. the basic goal is to be able to gold star pretty much every song (obvious songs like visions exclued)....the extra bit is that i'd like this band to be competitive on the xbl leaderboards. the first goal is a must....the second goal just an added bonus, if possible. i know there are insane bands out there that full combo almost each and every song....i'm not looking to be THAT competitive, but competitive nonetheless.
on solo drums, i can gold star pretty much every song up through "challenging" without any extensive practice. with a little bit of work, i can gold star most "nightmare" songs, and if i'm lucky, a few of the impossible songs. if i can't gold star it, it's a guarantee i can five star it.
i'm looking for a guitarist, bassist, and vocalist who are all of a similar level.
i just got rock band 2, so at the moment i only have about 30 DLC songs, but i have the funds to get any songs that we want to work out. i also have the 20 free downloads that came with RB2, as well as the RB1 import.
i posted a classified on here a while back and got a couple of responses, but we ultimately ended up never playing because we were never online at the same time. this time around i'd like to get people's emails so we can all agree on when we'll be online, and what songs we'll play so we can brush up on them before we meet up.
