View Full Version : BioShock question
I'm having a rough time understanding the whole Jack is Fontaine's slave. Could someone roughly reexplain the Andrew Ryan killing scene. Oh, and no spoilers about the rest of the game please.

Jack Fontaine is Atlas. He's been using a technique on you that was made to keep you in control.
Ryan was trying to prove that you are more than the control that you were your own man by using the control against you and himself. There really isn't much story left to the game but I'll leave you be.

You killed your dad.
Was Jack born in Rapture. I thought I caught that but then Andrew Ryan said the plane crash was intentional and he had no family and I got really confused.

One of the audio diaries and the hallucination in your mother's (a hooker) room imply that you are the bastard son of Andrew Ryan.
Also, you hijacked the plane.

That game's ending caught me off guard. It was Amazing.

Okay, so the family picture he was looking at on the plane was fake? And how could he crash the plane if he was in his sit as the plane was going down? I'm sorry I'm just so confused.
