Drums Register Most of the Time

I've noticed when i'm at any menus and I hit either the yellow or blue drums to move up or down they seem to lose a hit every now and then. I'll test this by hitting the pad 3 times and most of the time it moves 3 times, yet sometimes it only moves twice. I also tried hitting them slowly in case the game ignores some hits during the menus.

I'm not hitting the pads extremely hard, I usually hit them fairly soft to keep the noise down but i'm sure i'm hitting them hard enough to register as it is still pretty loud. I'm also making sure I hit them in the center as hitting them off center usually doesn't register.

I've hit a streak of 50 before so it would seem that at times it registers well. I usually can only hit 20-30 note streaks but i'm not that good at drums either.

Other times i'll hit the green drum to select a song and it doesn't register either, i'll hit it exactly the same as before and then it registers.

Not sure if this is typical or what. I have 2 bundles and both of them act this exact same way.

When you try to do drum rolls during practice it looks like the pads are registering fine but then again it would be hard to notice if just one hit didn't register. But it doesn't lose a lot of notes as i've seen in a YouTube video.

i see the same here.. im a formally trained drummer (music ed major) and have been playing 20+ years. I know for sure I am hitting the notes, on time, dead center (I even own several electronic drum sets so I'm used to playing on pads) and often times notes just "miss" when I know for a fact I've hit it right on the money. Very frustrating.

Im having the same issue. I play to a click track on my real kit at home. I know I'm playing the song right. This whole debacle is really getting me. I'm almost to the point of selling the darn drum set. It's a real disappointment.

iv got the same problem. I do belive that there are different moddles that EA is sending out as replacements. i still have faith.

As I came to discover last night, my green pad seems to not be registering some hits too. I get all three results from time to time...Sometimes, I have to really nail it hard for it to register, then others it registers perfect and then sometimes no matter what I do, nothing....Very frustrating, I guess I'll just lag behind the learning curve as it comes to drums until replacement set arrives...
