Just purchased RB2 for PS3...love the game except there is considerable "lag" when I play the drums. I can calibrate the drums to my big HD TV...and then it works fine, but when another person joins up on guitar, with the drum's calibration setting, the guitar is WAY off. As of right now I am unable to play drums and guitars together.
I have completed the calibration for the drums, but I have been unable to complete the guitar calibration. The flashing light, hold the guitar up to the TV test...never sets.
Is it possible to have two separate instrument calibration settings ( 1 for guitar and 1 for drums), and play the game?
Are one of the instruments defective? Should I return it?
Have I not completed the calibration properly?
Is calibration my issue?
Any suggestions please, I need help.

I believe you can only have one calibration. I agree, it would be better if you could do each instrument. It took us a while to find a calibration on ours that everyone could play with.

They will probably suggest you use rca cables and other ancient technologies to nullify all the nice expensive ht equipment you have spent your hard earned money on.

Same problem here. There is no way to get both the RB 2 guitar and RB2 drums calibrated to work correctly together.
If I plug in my RB 1 drums tho, it works as expected with the RB 2 Guitar.
I'm tired of the PS3 being the red headed stepchild, HMX. Take off your money hats for a while and fix the damn game.
