Vocals Solo Mode Video Problem?

We've noticed a problem on our Xbox 360 version of Rock Band. While playing the Vocal Solo career, we've found that periodically, the lyrics will become almost unreadable due to some graphic glitch. The rest of the screen remains normal, even the bar around the phrases...but the words themselves (and this also appears to happen to the circles for 'cowbell') become filled with black lines and blurry (as if they were interlaced). Then after a phrase or two, they appear to 'snap' back to normal.

We are playing on a Pioneer Elite 720HD (43" Plasma) over a component connection. Is this a problem with a setting on the TV? Has anyone else experienced this problem? I'm going to run out and get an HDMI cable to see if that has any effect.

Have you tried using static vocals? Go into your vocals options and select that, which should bypass the problem.

I have the same problem with RB2, i'm using an HDMI Cable, so that's not the problem. Static works fine, but thats not what you want you know :)
