RB1 Song Export, Xbox 360

Hi,

The Xbox marketplace hasn't been working except through xbox.com since the dashboard update. I'd like to export all the RB1 songs from the disc to play them on RB2 and can't find the licence on xbox.com. Is it actually on the marketplace or is it only reachable through the Rock Band options menu?

I suspect it's a problem with the university's ISP and I'll have to wait until Xmas when I can get my xbox on my home's network.

I never got a title update and I can't find the option in the menu. This is on the EU version, and yes I am connected to live.
