Band World Tour Questions

So far my friends and I have not been able to pull ourselves away from quickplay long enough to be able to figure out how the Band world tour works. i havnt even finished medium solo guitar tour.

I have a few questions

1. Does every band member need an xbox live account? can you have guests?

2. Does every band member need to be on the same difficulty.

You don't need Xbox Live Accounts.

You have to create accounts on your Xbox, but those are different from XBL accounts. Just log out on the dashboard, create a profile, and say no when it asks you if you want to sign up for XBL. Have everyone in your band create a profile.

Just to clarify (this was confusing to me at first)...

Each player will need to hit the Power Button thingy on their instrument and select their account (which may or may not be an XBox Live account). If they don't have an account it will take 30 seconds to add one for them.

After signing in with an instrument then they can only play avatars made with that instrument. They can see their other Rockers, but cannot use them until they sign in with the instrument associated with the Rocker.

This system is a tad annoying if you and your friends switch instruments a lot (as my friends tend to do) because everyone switching will have to sign out on their current instruments and resign in on the new instrument. And, of course, the Rocker will change accordingly.
