Importing Rock Band 2 (to Aus)

Hi,

I'm located in Australia, and I'm looking to buy Rock Band 2 for the X360. The game doesn't have a release date for here yet, so i'm trying to buy it online from overseas.
I've got a couple of questions:

Can I buy the instruments from the US to work with a PAL version of the game and my PAL Xbox 360? If so, does anyone know any reliable sites which have the drum set currently in stock?

If US instruments don't work with the game, does anyone know where I can buy the whole set (game+drums+mic+guitar) from a PAL region?

Yeah, you can use the US instruments. I got my drums from eBay but shipping is pretty expensive on most of them so unless you really want the new drums, you might be better off picking up some RB1 drums locally and using them.

Thanks critter2003. I thought this was the case but figured I'd better check before I spend a ridiculous amount of money importing instruments. I'd rather not get the RB1 drum set as i'm dubious about it's quality.
