AC/DC disc or game problem

I bought the AC/DC disc last week, after playing it maybe 5 time when I get to "shoot to thrill" the game stops and says the disc is unreadable.Looking at it there is a noticible curved mark being put on the disc about an inch in from the end. I bought some disc cleaner and removed it best I could, but it came back. Installed rockband and other games, no problem after playing them for hours. Is this particular disc bad? How do I get a replacement?

You should take it back to the retailer that you bouth it from first, and try to explain to them that the disc was warped when you bought it, and you would like to exchange it for the same disc/game. You should have no problem doing that.
