I tried the putting paper towels to keep batteries more securely in place trick someone else posted but it did not help at all. I can't find my receipt for the drums so I'm pretty screwed anyway... anyone have a similar problem and/or solution?
Also, IF I do find my receipt in time to meet this ******ed 60 day policy (I guess when your peripherals are THIS trashy, it's the smartest move a company can make huh?) is there any chance I can trade my wireless RB2 drums for a direct non-wireless connecting drum set?
P.S. I've been reading a lot of horror stories about HMX customer service so there is a big chance you're reading this because you have the same problem. If you tried to receive help and been turned down or are unsatisfied with HMX customer service, please make sure to take the 15 minutes to complain to BBB, it really does make a difference.
