One of my drum sticks has a small knot near the area where I grip it...the texture feels slightly different and I am unable to drum correctly with this glaring defect. Is there a way I can exchange my stick for one without the imperfection?

I was playing Nirvana on Easy and when you're playing such a technically difficult piece, the knot on the drum stick makes beating the song pretty much impossible.

Also, my mom keeps whining about the noise I make while I struggle to play my drums with a defective stick...is there a way you can send me something that makes the drums more quiet?

I know there's a support page, but I figured the best solution to my problems would be to create a new thread with "WTF HMX" in the title and whine...THNX FOR NTHING GU/YZ!!11

I'm making fun of every idiot who's first reaction is to make a new thread about their trivial problems like "I'm too ****ing ******ed to figure out how to plug in the USB port" or "I'm too ****ing ******ed to figure out how to use the bass pedal, please make it easier"

There is more *****ing and moaning on these boards than anything I've ever seen...I try to log on here to find some actually useful threads and I have to sift through pages of garbage first.

Stop the crying...if I worked for HMX I'd probably tell you all to go **** yourselves and get myself fired :P

No, it doesn't add to the quality at all, but it bugged me to the point where I decided to post and rant about it.
