This is the second worst defect of a product i have had to deal with. I will not stand for a replacement guitar that is based on the same defect design flaws.

1. You release a item a few days before black friday you better have your ducks in a row.

2. You had to of found this problem during your Q/A process.

3. Once the problem was very apparent you should of did some damage control.

I will not leave being all negative though. The game was a great idea and fun concept. It looks and sounds pretty good. You just really screwed the pooch with the guitar. You could of easily taken over RO customer base but now all you did was lock them to RO.

From what I hear, EA has been incredibly supportive in getting folks replacement equipment. I can't speak for myself..my stuff has worked flawlessly. I just got lucky I guess.

Wow, you're a tool.

First of all, the BBB only has jurisdiction over member business. IF Harmonix and EA et al, are not members the BBB cant do anything. I dont care enough to check. I'll let you do it for me, sir.

Second, I love that you will not stand for something you dont have. How do you know a replacement isn't going to work for you or anyone else.

Secondly, EVERYONE is frustrated but that's what happens when new products hit the market. Remember the heating issues of PS3s? The crashes and whatnot when 360s first came out? The bugs that are rampant with any new product are something that comes with the territory of the first generation.

Granted, there is a lot to deal with in RB's release, but you have to stop trying to get together lynch mobs on the internet and let the people at Harmonix and EA do their jobs.

FFS people, this game hasn't even been out a week! GIVE THE PEOPLE TIME. It's not as if they're going to simply walk away and look over their shoulder at us and yell, "Gotcha, sucka!"

to add to that.. its been out a week, and that week was a holiday week.. i know it sucks but sometimes life sucks.. you just have to deal with it.

ea is replacing pretty much whatever you ask for, no questions asked and 2nd day air shipping (at no extra cost to you)

i believe that the replacement will be defective also, and its unfortunate, however keep replacing it until you:

a) get one that works

or

b) a third party one comes out that works better...

thats my plan anyway

And you know that the replacement guitars are also faulty how, exactly?
