Yes, Dec 18.

Futureshop (a Canadian chain) has the standalone PS2 game listed for Dec 13.

Yes, but it will have no online play, and no DLC.

Rock band for the PS2 is due out Dec 11 according to http://games.ign.com/articles/826/826846p1.html
