Red Drum Head Skin Bubble

No, that's not the name of my band.

The rubber drum skin on my red pad has lifted away from the pad underneath, making this weird bubble on the centre of the pad.

Am I just too ham fisted and crapped it out, or is there a way to "tighten" it back into shape?

I got the same problem recently.

And i would be really thankfull if someone make a video tutorial on how to fix this.
