There's several threads about how the photo creator is broken for Firefox 3, and nobody from HMX has given any word on it.
It seems like a relatively simple thing to fix, so it can't just be that they've been hard at work on it the entire time.
Pro-tip:
If you can't take pictures of your band members, you can't make merchandise, Harmonix doesn't get money.
