Glaneryus - Alsatia (single)

Glaneryus is a Japanese band and don't sing a lot of songs in English (thus being japanese) but this is one of there singles originally used on an anime show called "Mnemosyne". Its got good parts for all instruments (Guitar, Bass, Drums, and Vocals) plus its in a Metal/Hard Rock genre. Fits the game perfectly I believe.

The Video is a little strange but at least listen to the song if you don't like the view.

Could be an interesting song to put in, but Harmonix would have to clean up some of the distortion on the vocals. They've done some stuff like that before, though, so it shouldn't be a problem. Besides, if you think the band has a better song that's in Japanese, why not recommend it? They've had German, French, and Spanish DLC before, so why not?
