I went through the process to request a replacement guitar a fews days ago and have yet to receive any sort of confirmation email. Is there any way to check that my replacement is on its way?

Upon submitting a request on the support website, it's supposed to give an RMA and a tracking number. The tracking number can be searched on UPS.com. Unfortunately, I'm under the impression that not everyone is provided a tracking number. If you weren't given an RMA number, maybe you can call that phone number for the replacement service and give your information (email, name, etc.) and they should be able to look you up. Damn, I can't find the number, and I'm at work, so the EA site is blocked. Somehow this one isn't, heh.

If I recall correctly, there should be a status or a "My Questions" section of your account on the support site. Try checking there.

If it makes you feel any better, I submitted a request on Tuesday, and although I have received a tracking number, I have not received a confirmation email, nor has the package shipped. For several days, it said the status was "Billing Information Received." Now it just says "Status Unavailable." Doesn't bode well, I suppose. I'm waiting it out and not freaking out, though, as it was a holiday weekend on launch week. Then again, I have two explorers and an LP, so it doesn't matter much to me.

Mine is the same as mmiranda119's except it says billing information recieved. If it hasn't changed by Monday, I will be calling.....

Keep in mind that UPS has been on vacation since Wednesday. Only overnight packages were handled on Friday.
