So with all the Rivers/Weezer threads around lately, created by one person I might add, I figured I'd see who is more popular in the forums. Josh Homme is known for his work in Kyuss, Queens of the Stoneage, Eagles of Death Metal, and The Desert Sessions. Rivers Cuomo is known for his solo work and Weezer. Who is the more talented artist.

it's tough, but i guess i prefer rivers.

josh recorded quite a few good albums (mostly desert sessions), but rivers has two flat-out amazing albums with the blue album and pinkerton.

if i was going for consistency or giving negative points for bad albums then josh would definitely win.

I've only met a couple rock stars, but he is the only one I've met who isn't shorter than me. We're basically the same height. He's a big dude.

Rivers is a runt, but I do enjoy listening to most of Pinkerton.
