then ozzy mumbles, then the guy says "Thats a little disturbing" or something like that

Ozzy definitely says something along the lines of

"Well, honestly it feels bollocks"
or
"Well, honestly it feels like bollocks"
or
"Well, honestly it be bollocks"

Omg... the Samsung one was the best commercial I've seen in forever.

In the cab I hear street... and that's all I can make out.
At the therapist I think he says "honestly, it be bollocks"
