Im sorry, but I cant get them out of my head. Its like the most pieceful music ever made. Ive been listening to it for hours and my mind just empties. its quite possibly the most hypnotic state of mind ive ever been in in my entire life.

If your tired or in the need for some calming music or just need to listen to some new stuff give them a listen. I mean its utterly mindblowing how awesome they are. Takk is probably my favorite album, you cant go wrong with Ágætis Byrjun or Hiema. Anything by them is great.

wait until you experience them live! ranks up there with the first time i saw Explosions in the Sky (equally as moving/check them out). those two performances were the most moving, experiential, and spiritual performances i've ever had.

great band. it seems like just yesterday when i couldn't find anyone else who had heard of them, and i was forced to import their first album because it hadn't been released in the US yet.

fans of this band really need to check out more post-rock stuff. it's one style of music where it's kinda tough to find a total stinker.

Out of all the post rock I've heard, they're probably the worst. Which isn't saying they're bad, but saying that pretty much everything else in post rock is better. Godspeed You!, Sam Jackson 5, This Will Destroy You, and Mono especially are all way superior.
