20 free RB2 tracks. Code help.

Hello. I am new to this forum, and I have a question.

I entered the url register.rockband.com to register my game and to get a reedem code for the 20 free tracks..

My problem is that the site doesn't accept my code. It seems like it is max 4 chars per field. And the code that is written on the backside of my booklet is 5 chars x 5 fields.

So, can anyone help me? Is this a US only, like everything else? My game is for 360, and it is a PAL version.

I have the same problem. There's meant to be a card in the box with the code on it, but I didn't get one with my game. The code you're trying to put in is to tranfer your RB2 songs onto your hard drive.

I've emailed Harmonix support but haven't got a reply as of yet.

Same problem here, apparantly you just use the 25 digit code from the back of the manual in the "redeem code" section of the xbox 360 marketplace, no need to go to register.rockband.com

I think the americans only had a 16 digit code on the back of their manuals, so they had to go to the site to get the redeem code.

I bought my Rockband 2 in sweden,and there was no need to register at register.rockband.com to get the 20 free songs.
I just put my 25 digit code from the back of the manual in the "redeem code" and it worked great.

I'm having the same problem. I registered the game 2 days or so after it came out when I bought it, received a confirmation email, confirmed my email via the link, and got the 'You're all set' screen...

I have yet to receive a redemption code, I have checked my spam repeatedly, I have checked all my email, I have even clicked on the 'verify email' address link a couple of times just to be sure... STILL NOTHING.

This is VERY very frustrating, and the EA support link on the FAQ's link on the register page is USELESS.

This is very disappointing. How can this be fixed? PLEASE HELP, HARMONIX, EA, whoever!
