How does this actually work i already sended for my guitar , but how this actually work ?

Did you do express? If so, they send you the new guitar and a pre-paid return slip. You send your guitar back in the same box.

Otherwise, I think they send you a packing slip/box and you send the guitar away, then they send you a new one when they get the old one.

Your guitar broke? That sucks. Mine works like a dream, and after looking at these boards for 5 minutes it seems like the world of toy guitars is coming to an end.

I think you contact EA. See if you can get a parent to give a credit card to hold 100 dollars.

They send you a new guitar and box to put the old one in, then when they get back the broken one they release the 100 dollar hold.

I just did the regular one i can wait , btw the game Rocks the only problem with my guitar is the orange fret on the solo buttons its cool :) i dont mind singing or drumming oh is there a way to cancel my regular one and do express ?
