The ones from xboxlive marketplace you can play any instrument on them in the game

No. You can not upload songs to your console and play them.

He said in the OP on his 360 not from his ipod so I assumed he meant xbl market place dlc .I've heard that question alot though. Just remember theres no such thing as a stupid question. i guess i missed the word upload instead of download in there lol.
