I recently got into queensryche and they are now one of my favorite bands. I think an Operation: Mindcrime 1 AND 2 (or either, they're both great) full album DLC would be amazing. The guitar is great, challenging but not so hard it makes you wanna gouge your eyes out. The drums sounds really fun, and Geoff Tate is one hell of an amazing singer. Empire would also be a great CD.
