My friend Sarah left this on my myspace page this morning, obviously noticing the constant Rock band related updates on my myspace page. It gave me a chuckle while I wait another 5-7 days for my copy of Rock Band to arrive. I thought it was too good to not share!


I thought you might need a poem.

Ahem.

Oh Mr. Postman, give Sean a break,
I fear his sanity's at stake,
Each day he spends without Rock Band,
Is black and void, funless and bland

Too much to ask a prompt dispatch?
Why is there always a catch?
Sean doesn't want the world on a plate,
he just cannot bear to wait

One more second for the ultimate game
Who is the overlord to blame
for Sean's ongoing lack of a replica guitar
and electronic whammy bar?

The nightmare, though, is soon to end
My dejected and crestfallen friend
Hark! Who at Sean C's doorway knocks?
And what's that in the letterbox?

Had to order online being in Ireland and gamestop back ordered my pre-order so I had to go the eBay route and with thanksgiving and all he didn't have a chance to ship it out until last friday, so I'm going slightly nuts waiting for it now! Bought a spare set of drumsticks last week anyway, so practicing twirling them so I can look cool at my Rock Band party!
