Hey again. Now that I have indeed figured out that Rock Band will grace the PS2 December 18th, I wanted to know about another topic that has been on me mind for a while, censorship. Will the songs (even master tracks, wait, all of them are masters, well almost all) be censored and of course by that I mean lyrics. I really actually don't have a problem with them, but I don't want to be screaming profanity loud and hard with me 6 and 5 year old cousins try to rock the bass and drums. So any of you PS3 or XBOX 360 owners know anything about that since you guys already have the game?? Thanks for helping! :):cool:

They're "censored" in the sense that the expletives etc have become "free vocal" segments, where you can sing what you like (either the original lyrics, some replacement word(s) of your choosing, or nothing at all).
I'm not sure about the backing track; my guess is the vocals are simply removed from it for "bad" words.

Well, even if *you* don't scream expletives at them, then I guarantee that their parents will be by time New Year's rolls around!

Might as well start de-sensitizing them!

There are no profanities, but several of the songs still probably aren't the best for young ones.

I am not going to be "cooped up" with them, they are about the only family I have that would be interested, and I also have a cousin who is like 17 who would play and probably me dad at some point. And indeed I would appreciate it if you would not insult them thank you. And we probably wouldn't even play those songs because I am conscious of that stuff too, so like when there is a song I don't know or the lyrics I don't believe are right for them to hear I would play lead since I play at Expert in it. Thanks for the help again! I would probably censor it myself anyway, but thanks for that, HAPPY ROCKING!!!
