I Love 311, personally, I'm just not sure they would work as part of the rock band set list. Besides, I would get to into some of the songs and start going crazy and breaking $h!t. Maybe as downloadable content.

Beautiful Disaster, All Mixed Up, Down, Random, Hive, all of these songs kinda have repeating chords for most of the song. I love the song "I Wanna Be Sedated" by the Ramones, but it is incredulously boring, though I guess kind of works for an earlier song.

Personally, if they put Beautiful Disaster in there, I would love it, as long as it's an early tier.

No more repetitive than some of the tracks off GH2. Woman, Trippin On A Hole In A Paper Heart, War Pigs and Billion Dollar Babies were pretty repetitive too. :P

Ì think if they were going to put a 311 song it would probably be either creatures or down mainly because they are well known and in my opinion have some of the best instrumentals of their songs.

Are you kidding me? I can't believe that's even a question would 311 be good to put into Rock Band?? Hell YA!

Let me tell you why, first of yes some of the songs might be repetitive but just as repetitive as the Stone Temple Pilots song but I like STP to.

First off 311 is perfect for Rock Band because it would be fun for everyone playing the songs to really get into it. Good drum beats, even better singing parts, and great guitar makes for some great rocking! Plus 311 has a unique sound and there isn't really any bands out there that sound like them.

Here are some songs that over all would be a ton of fun to play!

Down, Beyond the Grey Sky, Jupiter, Applied Science (HELLO DRUM SOLO),

I would go Ape Sh#$% if they put two 311 songs in ...please everyone support 311

I have been to 6 concerts and everyone has been SICK! Not only as a fan I appreciate a lot of different music and think 311 has a great sound.

It's really vague at this point. They have written one new tune called "I was wrong". However it hasnt been heard or played live. supposedly in the style of "dancehall/funk".
really thats all we know in terms of new material. they could be writing as we speak or waiting until after the tour. I think they'll write over the fall, record in the winter and release in the summer. that seems the most logical choice. Nick definetly is itching to get back in there and definetly has something in mind. at least theyve promised to not rush it like they did with DTOM. so really we won't know much until after this tour is over, it is pretty long so maybe theyll want some time off afterwards.

Finally some 311 fans! I was starting to lose hope! I go to at least one 311 show every year, they have been my favorite band since the late 90's. They are unlike any other. Although I'm not too fond of their newest music, I'm sure I'm not the only one who is dying to see them as Rock Band DLC!!
