If the name of the song is "White Wedding (Part 1)", what other part(s) exist? I'm unaware of any such sequel or addition to the song.

The song was released as a single in two different ways. The first was the 3:30 one that we are all familiar with. The second is the 8 minute version. The remaining 5 minutes of the 8 minute version is part 2. I'm sure you can find it on youtube if you want to see it.
