bass pedal broken, with a twist

erm my bass pedal broke.. but it wasnt at the pivot point.... it was at the heel. i dont see how this happened i was using then i felt something weird on my foot then crack... this is more for what should i do to avoid this when i get a replacement (got me the best buy warranty) oh and apparently i have one of the few undefective downstrums and now i gotta take it back to get a new bass pedal :(

yeah my bass pedal is starting to crack right in the middle of the foot pedal, and i usually dont even press down that hard on it, but it has not cracked completely yet but i have requested for a new one from ea. This is dissapointing all this money and now i gotta wait for a new bass pedal and a new guitar :(

if everything eles is fine why take the whole thing back, just send a request for a new bass pedal with ea, better then taking the whole thing back just to get a crap set.

My Bass Pedal broke after my friend came over to play with it. Cracked right at the pivot point and it's now sitting in the corner with my drums which I've only gotten to play for a couple hours "sigh". Anyway I ordered a replacement from EA because of that, and also, my downstrum isn't working either. Where is the quality control? I don't understand how this could happen. it's so frustrating that after spending all that money and time on this thing, that this could happen. Don't get me wrong, I think this game is so much fun, but it's just not cool for things like that to happen. And we weren't doing anything we weren't supposed to be doing with the peripherals either. Just playing like anyone normally would. Unreal. Extremely disappointed.
