How can I go about ordering a new USB cord connector that attacthes to the drums? One end has a usb the other has the adaptor for the Drums and guitar for 360. Is this a standard cord I can get at any local retalier or is it something special I can get from rockband ?


I keep taking my rockband game to different frends house and now Im missing that cord which sucks ass !!! I need a new or dnow !! pleae anyone ???

Not quite sure what you're talking about... on my instruments the cord is hard-wired right into the instrument.

Do you mean that little cord (about 5 inches long) that goes between the end of the cable and the xbox? If that's what you're talking about, all Xbox controllers have it. It's so that if you trip over the cable it will break away at that point rather than pulling your console off of the shelf or whatever it is sitting on.

You can probably get that at a gamestop or any other video game store... i doubt a terget/walmart/etc would have it though.

If you unplug either the drum or guitar from the usb hub follow the cord about 3 - 5 inches thats where it detacthes from the instrument to the usb cable. I thought the guitar and drums where just a direct plug in to the usb but it actually is 2 connectors. One from the instrument and one that converts it to usb.

The circle to the left of the pic is where the cable detatches and the second circle is obviously the usb that goes to the hub. I need to replace that cable because I lost it somewhere.
