Got Rock Band 2 a couple of weeks ago for PS3. Game plays fine. But the resolution seems wrong to me. It does not look HD at all (I do not believe it is stretched though). The one thing that really tips me off, is that the XMB icons are huge, like the resolution is set much lower than it should be. Is there something I'm missing? Or is this just how it is? Not a huge deal, since like I said, the game still plays fine.
Oh and my TV's native resolution is 720p. If that makes a difference. None of my other games have giant XMB icons.

I know RB and RB2 play at a max resolution of 720p on the PS3 (when the game starts, my TV always tells me the res it's switching to). I was a little annoyed by that. I was hoping at least RB2 would be 1080p. I don't know if this is the same case on other consoles. I would hope so. :-P Anyway are you 100% sure your TV doesn't go higher normally? Which output interface are you using (HDMI hopefully)?
