I was happy when I first saw the video, and it had 'Jungle', but now I hear it may not be included. Kinda sucks, but does that mean no GN'R at all? If no, WTTJ, then give us ''Nightrain'' or ''Rocket Queen'' or even ''Chinese Democracy''.
Nice forum, btw. :)

All that has been said is that song has not been confirmed. I have a good feeling that it may end up in the game, or some song from GnR at least.

Something from Guns better be in either RB or GHIII, and it better not be ''Anything Goes'' or ''Silkworms''.

I'm hoping they can acquire all the licenses for Jungle, otherwise I've been learning the drumming part for nothing!
c'mon guys... you know you all have.

The song will obviously be in the game, you don't create an entire song when you don't even know if a licensing deal will go through or not. It's corporate doublespeak, and Sean would get slapped on the back of the hand by HMX if he didn't deny that the song is in the game.

Compared to everything else involved in making the game, creating note boards for songs is probably the easiest thing to do. I can imaging they would've made quite a few that wont make it into the final game.

Yeah, I love custom songs for ps2, I've got my GHEX cranking all the time. I've made a few charts myself using like 50 million different programs. Harmonix would have better software to create them, right? And I know I can't do any other kind of coding or animation or anything.

Yeah same here. It's usually easy depending on the song but very time consuming. It can't be that hard.
That said I'd like to see a behind the scenes video on how they make the charts and stuff in Rock Band.

I Want Candy was created for Guitar Hero Encore Rocks the 80s and appeared on press copies. It fell through, and it's not going to be in the game. So you could be wrong about that.

I would prefer something from Use Your Illusion I/II, especially Civil War or Knockin' on Heaven's Door.

I'd rather see "Paradise City", personally.
