Need a little help, looking for the name of a video game

I need some more help, can anyone tell me what video games these are?
The only thing I know is that they've been released on a Playstation platform.

Nothing..that's all I have. But what I gather from the photo it's most likely a turn based Playstation 1 strategy game.
