I'm never against any band's DLC coming out, but if this DLC sells well, they can't ignore the oldies. I'm sure they'll get around to it like they did in GH2 on the 360. They released a pack that had Trivium and Atreyu in it.

These guys are classics, and have gone down in history as amazing bands. Atreyu and the like will be forgotten. They are not very good at all.

You criticize people who hate your crap as being people who like music just because it's old. These people like their music because it is GOOD. Notice how bands like Muse are well liked. That's because they are actually GOOD. People like them because they are GOOD. Muse will be remembered.

There was pop crap in the 60s, 70s, and 80s, and it's now forgotten. The only thing is is that back then they didn't call it rock. And there was still a wonderful amount of good rock. Bands used to be talented, and used to know how to play their music. They didn't focus on selling records, or being "hardcore".

There is music now that isn't emo/pop-punk and isn't nu-metal/post-grunge but I think people miss that idea

I think alot of people here are mostly informed about modern music only through their TV and radio which leads them to beleive bands like MCR FOB and LP are the only bands out there any more which is completely false

It's cheesy. But it's good. It's like why I like Andrew WK's Party Hard even though it isn't a really great song in any way. It's fun, and gets you in the mood. And you probably picked the weakest band in the list I gave, while I think every band you've listed so far is weak.

I wouldn't mind new stuff, balance is the key. If we get new stuff one week it should come WITH old stuff, maybe a pack for each. Or new one week, old the next. As long as it balances out, or else we'll have people crying wolf.

I'm gonna have to agree with you on just about all of those, especially anything from Herzeleid-era Rammstein. That probably will never happen though, you know, with that whole German language thing. I might be the only one of my friends who'd ever sing them. While we're at it, I'd like to see most of Nine Inch Nails's Broken EP on there. "Last" would be amazing. KMFDM's "A Drug Against War" would be awesome as well, but you'd never get me to attempt drums there hahaha.

For the record, I'm 21 and listen to damn near everything (definitely including The Who, Bowie, and the Beatles), but I stick mainly to older industrial/electronic stuff like Skinny Puppy, Chemlab, Front Line Assembly, Pigface, etc. While I don't listen to Trivium or Atreyu or any of their ilk really, I do believe that everyone should be represented. So if there is demand for them, let's see it. I simply reserve the right to not download it of course. :)
