i'm at the support page, it says blow on the guitar and see if it works, and my freinds console that i have been playing on has the red ring of death. what should i do? i don't want to take it back and then find out i didn't have to.

Take care of the ring of death problem first, then worry about RMAing your strat

I'd hate to be a negative Nancy, but I doubt blowing in the guitar has worked for anyone. How much dust could possibly accumulate in a guitar over the course of five days?

i agree. but what if the guitar works on and off, you just have to wait a while? should i take it back?
