Why are there no good songs coming out?

Taking a look at the list of upcoming songs being released for RB I am a bit disapointed... I don't know who Harmonix thinks their target audience is for RB but I know I am not jumping up and down with joy in anticipation to play David Bowie songs. 30% of the songs are good/great on this game (Enter Sandman, In Bloom, When You Were Young, to name a few) nd the other 70% just aren't that great... RB needs more well known all around fun songs to play and sing, better songs from bands like the Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Smashing Pumpkins... He are some bands and songs that would be my first choices for Rock Band!

I happen to like some of the music that is coming out. So they'll be getting my money for some of those songs. They can't pump out every band in every genre of music. What they have planned for the rest of the year far suprasses any DLC for any rhythm game we've ever seen. Who knows what next year will hold?

I'm guessing their target audience is music fans in their late 20s, early 30s, much like the people who work at HMX. Anyone with any kind of musical knowledge would want some David Bowie, although I don't necessarily agree with the choices in the pack.

Well I am 24 and I really got into music in the 90's when I was about 10... I guess I just don't see how they are pulling these songs... I mean I love classic rock and older soft rock like Foriegner and CCR and Phil Collins but they need some better music from the 90's to today... I can't believe that neither Guitar Hero or Rock Band has had even one Breaking Benjamin song... they are fricking amazing!
