hey i bought the song and all i did was get it onto my computer. its the same thing as putting it up on youtube but its not a video form. all i'm saying is that i have it and if anybody wants it its there.

Actually I'm fairly certain that putting them up on Youtube violates the copyright as well, though if the video becomes popular enough for the studio to notice, chances are they'll leave it up and hijack it for free ad space.

Nope, I'm pretty sure when they made a deal with HMX to get the song...it was just for the game and not for personal use like this. Here's hoping Der_Lex rips you and bans you.

well we have it on youtube but the ironic thing is that we had both that and "I don't care" by fallout boy and i don't care was taken down for copyright issues even though there were hundreds of other videos up.
