I think a lot of you will think this is a stupid question, but I'm a librarian and care about these things.
Technically a public tournament might require permission from the game publisher. Obviously with this site hosting this forum, it seems like permission is implied. Can anyone point me to a place that Harmonix of MTVGames has given permission for public tournaments using RockBand? We'd like to host a tournament at our library (I know lots already do) and would like it to be on the up and up.
